Whether you have snap on caps or non-screw-cap containers, our pressure sealer, equipped with the cutting-edge Enercon Super Seal™ unit, ensures successful sealing.

Traditionally, conduction sealing or lengthy dwell-time in conduction sealing was required for capless sealing. However, our pressure belt sealing technology replaces these methods, providing efficient and effective sealing. With our pressure sealer, seals can be placed directly onto the capless containers or pre-inserted by the cap manufacturer.

Here's how it works: the capped container is guided through our induction heating tunnel, where a non-metallic recirculating belt applies downward pressure on the clip-on cap or foil. This state-of-the-art design automatically adjusts to accommodate variations and tolerances in components. It considers bottle height variations, product overfill, line speed fluctuations, and even bottle centering.

Incorporating an Enercon Super Seal™ unit, our pressure sealer offers exceptional sealing capabilities. It accommodates cap sizes up to 110mm in diameter and can handle conveyor speeds of up to 40 meters per minute.
