The machine operates at a packing speed of 30 to 40 bags per minute, ensuring swift and efficient packaging. The volume per bag can range from 3 to 10 grams, guaranteeing accurate measurements with an error margin of less than or equal to ±0.2 grams.

The inner bag dimensions are flexibly designed to be 45-80mm in width and 50-80mm in length, while the out bag dimensions range from 70-95mm in width to 80-120mm in length. Additionally, the tag size measures between W35-55mm and L20-40mm, while the thread length is set at 155mm.

The machine's compact design occupies a limited space, with dimensions measuring L1750×W740×H1950mm. Weighing in at 350kg, the machine is easily movable when necessary.

Our machine operates on a power consumption of 1.9kw and is compatible with voltage options of 220V/380V at 50Hz.

When it comes to durability and hygiene, the contact material parts of the machine are constructed from #304 stainless steel. If desired, we can utilize #316 or #316L stainless steel for enhanced resistance to corrosion or specific industry requirements.

The packing material used in the machine includes nylon and polyester net nonwoven fabrics, ensuring reliable and secure packaging.
