Basic information

The OBC-25CE is a versatile stationary grain cleaning machine designed specifically for the agricultural industry. It is equipped with an unloading elevator, which streamlines the grain cleaning process and allows for easy transfer of grain into various containers such as vehicles, grain vessels, trailers, and big bags. For added convenience, the machine can also be fitted with a boot elevator and cyclone upon request. Additionally, if mobility is desired, wheels can be installed, transforming the OBC-25CE into a mobile unit.

The OBC-25CE utilizes an advanced system of aspiration and sieves to effectively clean grains and seeds. The spreader mechanism evenly distributes impure grain into two sections, directing it to air channels. The powerful fan generates airflow that removes light impurities from the grain. Heavier impurities are captured in a settling chamber, preventing their reintegration into the air stream.

Following this initial purification process, the grain enters the upper and lower sieves, where it is further cleared of impurities of various sizes. The purified grain is collected at the bottom of the OBC-25CE and can be effortlessly unloaded with the built-in elevator.
