Now, let's focus on one of our exceptional products, the Berthiez Rvu 2200/200. This precision machine offers impressive features and capabilities. It boasts a swing diameter of 2,200mm and a grinding diameter that meets your requirements. With a height under the grinding wheel of 500mm to 800mm (at a 100mm thickness), it provides ample space for various workpieces.
The table's standard diameter, along with a speed of 90rpm, ensures smooth and efficient operations. It can support a table load of up to 5,000kg, accommodating a wide range of workpieces. The machine is equipped with one or two carriages, offering versatility in machining applications.
For precise grinding, the grinding ram stroke ranges from 800mm to 1,000mm. The feed force of 10kN ensures accurate and consistent results. The maximum speed for the X and Y axes is an impressive 10,000mm/min, allowing for high-speed machining.
The spindle-holder tilt capability ranges from -5° to +275°, providing flexibility in various machining scenarios. Additionally, the machine features a tilt lead of 1° (Hirth) for enhanced accuracy. The power output, ranging from 7kW to 45kW (conventional GW), ensures efficient and reliable performance. The corresponding speed for the conventional GW falls between 4,000rpm and 12,000rpm.
When working with CBN wheels, the power output ranges from 15kW to 25kW, with a speed range of 8,000rpm to 18,000rpm. The machine supports various GW diameters (conventional or CBN), with maximum values of 150mm, 300mm, 400mm, and 500mm. The maximum wheel thickness ranges from 50mm to 190mm.
With a wide range of tool options available, the machine accommodates wheel-holder clamping taper face requirements. The surface grinding spindle (conventional GW) operates at 25kW, with a spindle speed of 5,000rpm. The maximum wheel diameter stands at 400mm or 500mm.
For further convenience and efficiency, the machine features an electropermanent magnetic chuck with 32 poles and a slots width of 10H10mm.
