Description
If you require two Coil Reels to hold a single coil, the Heavy-Duty Coil Feed Line is the optimal choice for you. This product is specifically designed to be extremely robust and capable of handling materials with high bounce and large cross-sections. We have prioritized maximum performance and durability over cost savings in the design of this product.
The Heavy-Duty Coil Feed Line features two Coil Reels with high-performance arbors, which securely retain the coils from both the left and right sides. Additionally, there are two sets of hydraulic arms, each applying eight tons of pressure force, and equipped with hydraulically driven snubber rolls, to ensure the coils are held in place from the top and bottom.
The loading process is facilitated by a central lifting gear integrated into a super-duty running frame for the V-nest. To assist with threading the material, hydraulic manipulators with pivoting and bending functions are included. On the receiving end of the process, a Pre-Straightener with 200mm work rolls takes over, following the guidance of hydraulic edge guides to ensure central entry of the material.
