Our LDPE and LLDPE regranulates are specifically designed for film applications in the industry. They undergo rigorous testing on our advanced extrusion lines to ensure the highest quality standards.

At our plant, we exclusively use industrial waste as raw materials for our regranulates. Before being processed in our state-of-the-art EREMA recycling line, the waste goes through a thorough sorting and washing process. This ensures that only the cleanest and most suitable materials make it into the final product.

To maintain consistency and quality, the materials are mixed in a large homogenizing silo with a capacity of 50 m3. Each batch contains 23.5 tonnes, ensuring a substantial volume for your production needs.

Our standard delivery method is through big bags, with each bag weighing between 1000-1200 kg. Each shipment consists of 23.5 tonnes of material, providing you with a substantial supply. Typically, materials are ready for dispatch within 14 days after order confirmation. However, we also maintain a stock of some materials that are immediately available. We recommend checking with us for the availability of specific materials.
