Description
Using laser generation technology, our components are constructed layer by layer using powdered metallic materials, such as 1.2709 steel or 1.4543 steel. This process allows for the reliable transformation of your computer-generated 3D/CAD models into physical objects. We apply thin layers of powder materials onto a base object and then melt them using a laser to achieve the desired shape. This process is repeated until the final workpiece is formed with the correct geometric shape and functional properties. We also take care to recycle any excess powder material for future productions. Additionally, we offer sample development services for technical springs, producing small batches to meet your specific requirements. This recent addition to our portfolio includes the production of small-scale series of bent strip parts using original materials.
