Traditional methods such as shake/pressure moulding are available for manual production or small to medium production runs. For more automated processes, we offer solutions that utilize DISAMATIC-type vertical parting line moulds. These ultra-automated systems provide unrivalled formats and surface finishes, allowing for the creation of parts weighing up to 200kg per mould. The tooling format of 1200x1050 mm ensures versatility and efficiency. Additionally, our product supports manual production on the floor, accommodating unit production and non-standard formats.
