This versatile product is suitable for a wide range of industries including tea, medicine tea, ginseng tea, coffee, scented tea, plants, and other filter products. With its automatic bag-making, filling, measuring, sealing, thread feeding, labeling, cutting, and counting functions, it significantly reduces labor expenses and improves production efficiency. The machine has a packing speed of 30-40 bags per minute, with a volume range of 3-10g per bag and an accuracy of ≤±0.2g. The inner bag dimensions are W45-80mm x L50-80mm, while the outer bag dimensions are W70-95mm x L80-120mm. The tag size is W35-55mm x L20-40mm and the thread length is 155mm. The machine has a dimension of L1750mm x W740mm x H1950mm and weighs 350kg. It requires a power supply of 1.9kw at either 220V or 380V with a frequency of 50Hz. The machine is made of high-quality materials, with the contact material parts being constructed of #304 stainless steel. If requested, we can also use #316 or #316L stainless steel. The packing material used is nylon and polyester net nonwoven fabrics, ensuring durability and reliability.
