PULSAIR's pneumatic pulse-mixing technology is a versatile solution for industries that require homogenization of large tank volumes, mixing additives in lubrication oil production, and suspending solids in a liquid phase. This patented process involves injecting an adjustable pressure pulse beneath an accumulator plate, which is installed at the bottom of the mixing tank. The pressurized air forms a large bubble that rises, displacing the surrounding liquid and creating negative pressure underneath the bubble. This suction effect helps circulate and mix the materials in the tank, generating a customizable vertical flow directed upwards. Unlike mechanical agitators, PULSAIR's technology minimizes the tank's height and eliminates the need for moving parts or shaft bearings within the tank.
