Description

Our machine is specifically designed for the cleaning and degreasing of machine parts and components. It is ideal for use in various industries where cleanliness and efficiency are crucial.

The machine features a rotating basket, available in three different diameters (800, 1000, or 1200 mm), where the components are placed. This rotating motion allows for thorough washing of the components using a washing solution.

Depending on your specific requirements, the machine can be equipped with insulation, sensors for level and temperature controls, as well as a mud sump or oil separator. The mud sump, which is welded to the machine's corpus, collects the gross dirt from the washing solution. The purified solution then flows back into the tank.

The oil separator is responsible for separating oil from the washing solution. The oil forms a surface layer, which is collected in a dedicated bath and discharged from the chamber. The skimmed fluid is then returned to the tank, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.

The machine's corpus is constructed entirely out of stainless steel, specifically material No. 1.4301, guaranteeing durability and resistance to corrosion. It also meets the high CE-Requirements and EU standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety guidelines.
