Our Model MG tumble blast machines are designed specifically for industries that require efficient removal of scale, rust, and burrs from mass production parts. This process is particularly effective for industries that utilize the rubber mill design. The tumble blast machines feature an endless rubber mill that continuously rotates the work pieces, exposing them to the abrasive stream for the entirety of the blasting process. The use of a rubber mill ensures a gentle tumbling motion, while the small clearances allow for the blasting of even tiny work pieces.

Additionally, our tumble blast machines offer various options for filling and emptying. These options include an automated loading device and take-off conveyor, allowing for a streamlined and efficient process. For more flexibility, manual loading and unloading in semi-automatic mode are also possible. In cases where hoisting equipment is available, it can be used for loading and unloading. Furthermore, direct unloading into containers provided by the customer is another convenient option. These features make our tumble blast machines adaptable to different production setups and customer requirements.
