Description
PULSAIR's pneumatic pulse-mixing technology is specifically designed for industries involved in homogenizing large tank volumes, incorporating additives into lubrication oil production, and suspending solids in liquid solutions. This patented process involves injecting a pressure pulse beneath an accumulator plate installed at the bottom of the mixing tank. As pressurized air is injected, a large air bubble forms and rises within the tank, displacing the surrounding liquid. Simultaneously, negative pressure is created underneath the bubble, causing the surrounding material to be drawn in. This results in an adjustable vertical flow directed upwards in the tank, which can be customized by varying the pulse length and duration. Unlike mechanical agitators, the tank's height is not a limiting factor, and there are no moving parts or shaft bearings present in the tank.
