Once sealed, our vacuum drawer preserves the aromas, nutrients, vitamins, cell structure, and nutritional juices of the food, making it perfect for sous-vide cooking. Whether using a bain-marie or a steamer, our drawer guarantees the efficient absorption of spicy aromas during the sous-vide cooking process.
