Description
PULSAIR's pneumatic pulse-mixing technology is a solution widely used in various industries, such as lubrication oil production. This patented process involves injecting a pressure pulse underneath an accumulator plate installed at the bottom of a mixing tank. The injected pressurized air creates a large air bubble that displaces the surrounding liquid, generating a vertical flow in the tank. By adjusting the pulse length and duration, the flow can be customized according to specific requirements. Unlike mechanical agitators, this technology minimizes the need for a high tank height and does not include any moving parts or shaft bearings within the tank.
