Frame House group SIA is a Latvian company that has been manufacturing Prefabricated Wooden Frame Houses since 2003. Our products are made using German technology and German equipment, ensuring industrial accuracy and the highest quality.

Our wooden frame constructions serve as an excellent basis for low energy houses, meeting the standards for passive housing, which is essential in the European building industry.

One of our key features is our ability to manufacture wooden frame house constructions for individual projects. If customers do not have their own project, we offer a wide range of options, including projects created by local architects or projects that have already been built by customers in the same country.

Additionally, our experienced team of highly educated technicians, engineers, and designers can adapt projects designed for traditional building methods, such as brick or concrete, to our wooden frame technology.

We perform all necessary load and stress calculations for our constructions in strict accordance with European requirements (DIN1052.2004).

We place a strong emphasis on the pre-manufacturing process, ensuring that we discuss all the details with our customers to guarantee their satisfaction.
