Basic information

Our Heizmantel (heating mantle) is specially designed for the temperature control of syringes ranging from 1-50 ml. It operates within a temperature range of 30-120°C, making it suitable for a variety of industries. However, if the device is being used for temperatures over 100°C, an additional temperature protection for the syringe pump is required.

The desired temperature is displayed on the control unit. A temperature sensor placed inside the heating mantle measures and displays the temperature of the syringe accurately. The mantle can be easily adjusted to fit the syringes using cable ties for quick and convenient usage. Achieving the desired temperature of 100°C within approximately 15 minutes in a 50 ml syringe is an impressive capability of this product.

For added convenience, the temperature control unit can be interfaced with a PC for remote control and monitoring purposes. The size of the heating mat is 88*75 mm, making it compatible with 50 ml syringes. With a power rating of 55 W, this product is available in both 110V and 230V variants to meet the voltage requirements of different regions.
