The control region, on the other hand, is immobilized with Goat anti chicken IgY antibody (GAC), serving as a quality control indicator.
Furthermore, the binding pad of the test card is equipped with mouse anti SARSCoV2 antibody 2 (Ab2) and chicken IgY (CIgY), both of which are labeled by colloidal gold. This combination enhances the sensitivity and accuracy of the test.
