Description

The meaning of the proposed project is the accumulation of information on doing business (earning and earning opportunities) of all participants in economic activity - the state, private business, and households in the production, procurement and sale of goods, works and services. That is, the creation of a pan-European resource (Portal) for the aggregation of information on commercial and private tenders and public procurement, with the involvement of a large number of participants in these events, ensuring the possibility of procurement of goods, works, services, search and verification of counterparties, co-contractors and subcontractors, organization of transportation and logistics, invoicing and payment of invoices, automatic generation of documentation and reporting, ensuring operational interaction of all system participants (cloud ERP, CRM, SRM solutions for the mass market). A resource is being created that provides a solution to a full range of issues in the process of ensuring the current activities of the enterprise, when instead of offices and a large number of line personnel, a cloud solution is used (all tasks in one window), increasing costs and increasing business efficiency. The full project implementation period before reaching a stable profit is up to 2 years (implementation stages can be carried out in parallel). The required investment is spent on the development of a fully functional solution, in including a campaign to attract customers (a breakdown of investments by stages will be formed after the approval of the appearance of the Portal, the order of implementation of the modules). The total market capacity (of interested companies active in the EU) is not less than 1,000,000. attract at least 10% (100,000 companies) to the portal. That with an average check of 500 euros gives a revenue of at least 50 million euros per year. There are no similar solutions on the market. There is an opportunity to capture the market and make good money on it. The attracted investment funds are spent on the development in full a functional solution, including a customer acquisition campaign.
