An innovative solution in the field of non-renewable green energy. The use of such a simple and efficient structure became possible thanks to the advent of an inverter stabilizer and high-capacity AC capacitors. The 4 kW drum-type micro hydroelectric power plant is made reliably and efficiently. The blades are 4 sheets of 2.5x1.25 meters, 2 mm thick. A pontoon of 2 mm thick air ducts is made around the blade, foam is placed inside. The platform for the gearbox and generator is made of steel 5 mm thick. Gearbox 1TS3U-160, gear ratio 1:160. The generator here is made in the form of a 4 kW asynchronous motor, with 3 capacitors of 150 UF each. The capacitors are start-up and working, they allow you to get the rated voltage in 2 seconds. The connection of the screw and the gearbox is made by a flexible stainless steel coupling with a rubber insert. The connection of the gearbox and the generator is made by a stainless steel cam coupling. The joints were made on a lathe on an individual order. It is this method of execution of the gearbox, generator and connections that is commonly used in industry. This is the first sample executed without planned obsolescence. It will last for many years. It can be used as a wind power plant (wind farm). The micro hydro power plant is designed for continuous operation.
