Vacuum press, batchwise, SIPREM VS80, used. The press was overhauled in 2020. Includes additional new membrane and hatch gasket.

Press SIPREM VS80 from the patented "Vacuum System" series, operating at negative relative pressure.


The operating mode of the press is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC). The press is controlled by the operator from the operator panel. The menu contains five preset modes of pressing grapes, maceration and CHAMPAGNE modes. Pressing modes can be changed for the characteristics of each grape variety and the wishes of the oenologist.
