The horizontal filling and packing machine provides a continuous filling cycle. A volumetric dosing method is used, i.e. the product dose is measured by the number of screw revolutions. Therefore, for different packed products, the weight of the package will be different.

The machine is used for packaging difficult-to-flow, dust-forming products, such as various medical powders, seasonings and spices, milk powder, ground coffee, etc. in portioned sachets. As a material for packaging, you can use various polymer films (polypropylene, duplex, triplex, laminated paper, nylon, filter paper).

The packaging process is as automated as possible and practically does not require human intervention.

The set also includes a feed auger conveyor with a 150 L hopper.
