The can washing machine is designed for syringe rinsing and steaming of cans and bottles. The device allows you to wash and sterile the container before filling it with the product.
The equipment is made of stainless steel.

Device

The machine for washing bottles and cans consists of the following main parts:
- receiving and feeding device;
- initial and final inverters for one type of cans;
- rinsing and steaming bath.
Three SITI (Italy) geared motors are used as a drive. Frequency converter LENZE (Germany) provides stepless regulation of productivity.
The bottle and can rinser can be additionally equipped with a rotary storage table H1-SPR for accumulating and supplying containers to its receiving and feeding device or for receiving and packaging already washed bottles and cans.
Principle of operation

The container, neck up, enters the conveyor of the receiving-feeding device and, under the action of V-belts, with an adjustable force, is pushed through the initial inverter. Turning 180o, the container, neck down, enters the rinsing and steaming bath, in which bottles (cans) are washed with the help of special nozzles, as well as their sterile steam treatment.
Then the sterilized containers, washed outside and inside, pass through through the end inverter, where they turn over to their original position.
When changing from one type of container to another, it is necessary: ​​
Replace the original and end inverters.
Adjust the position of the upper and side guides in bath and receiving and feeding device.
