The use of this equipment in the preparation of sunflower seeds for pressing. allows to increase the extraction of crude oil. and through the use of a centrifugal impact crusher. which does not lead to the splitting of the sunflower grain into many small pieces. as when using drum crushers (dehullers). allows a powerful aspiration system to take the maximum amount of husk from the "crumble" without losing small fragments of seeds. which, in turn, makes it possible to obtain the maximum% crude protein content in the cake and meal. without losing the useful volume of cores.
The set of equipment also includes equipment. which immediately crushes the selected husk into a powdery fraction. ready immediately for the production of fuel pellets and briquettes. and also saves space for storing production waste and saves the cost of logistics when selling husk. due to a multiple increase in bulk density.
