This equipment is designed for applying a volumetric pattern with acrylic resins on solid glass, mirror or ceramics. The technology is, in fact, painting on glass and allows you to make artistic stained-glass windows for windows, doors, ceilings, sliding partitions, decorate the facades of sliding wardrobes, ceramic tiles or a glass apron in the kitchen with a pattern. The CNC machine, equipped with high-speed servo motors and modern software, allows drawing of any complexity and provides high productivity. A sketch of the future stained glass window is created on a computer in any vector graphics program. With a two-component acrylic resin, the machine applies a volumetric contour of the drawing on a solid base, exactly repeating the given sketch. For solidification, the contour does not require further exposure to temperature or ultraviolet radiation. It cures to a solid state on its own at room temperature, through a chemical reaction between the base and the hardener.
The gaps between the contour are filled with color by hand. The included software allows you to accurately calculate the required amount of each color and avoid overspending. The potting base is two-component and completely transparent. By adding concentrated pigments to it, it is easy to get any desired shade. A variety of colors can be prepared, from the brightest to the pastels. Then, using special pipettes, the prepared color is quickly and easily applied to the glass, spreads and evens out on its own, forming a perfectly smooth and glossy surface. The curing of the pot also does not require additional exposure to high temperatures or ultraviolet radiation. After the final polymerization, the coating has high adhesion to glass, is resistant to temperature changes, mechanical stress, various weather conditions and ultraviolet light. Such stained-glass windows can be used both indoors and outdoors.
