A working recirculation system for the clarion catfish is on sale. (currently contains over 3000 pieces). the sale is associated with moving to another city.
The composition of the recirculation system :
- 20 pools (glued from polypropylene sheet) 1x2x0.5m. for growing fry;
- 3 pools. 2 size 4.88x1.96x1.05. 1 pool 2.82x1.96x0.8. Total. working volume of water 25-26 cubic meters. for growing catfish of different sizes;
- sludge tank 0.75 cubic meters;
- biofilter with floating loading based on eurocube. at the bottom there are 4 diffusers for aeration. air is supplied by compressors;
- water heating tank 2.5 cubic meters . installed for the heating medium;
- water supply to the pools. by gravity from the heating tank. pipes 110mm .;
- water supply to the mechanical filter by gravity. pipe 110 mm.
- mech. Filter. length 1 meter. drum diameter 0.5 m. 9 nozzles. regulation of work through a time relay. water from the mechanical filter is fed by gravity into the first sump and then by a pump to the second sump (in the photo the tank is blue). this is the only pump used in RAS;
- UV filter;
- 2.6 W generator .. for emergency power supply. connects automatically. when the main network is turned off;
- a device for determining the quality of water;
- for heating water (heating). a boiler is used. solid fuel. 100 kw. 3 large swimming pools are displayed on the platform. under each pool there are spiral pipes for heating. connected to the general heating system;
- the specified working volume of water allows you to grow 10 tons of fish. every six months. only 20,000 kg. fish per year;
- RAS is located in a rented space of 200 sq. m .. there is an opportunity for expansion (creation of a workshop for cutting fish. salting. smoking. preparation for sale). which will significantly increase the overall profitability;
- the cost of rent is 5000 UAH / month. electricity 1000-1200 UAH / m
