Business project for the construction of a residential complex for 50 townhouses (5000 sq. M) in the village of Skibin, Brovarsky district, Kiev region.

The village of Skibin is located 20 km from Kiev and 4 km from Brovary along the Chenigovsk highway.
Plot - 1.68 hectares. incl. 1.48 hectares for the construction of a residential complex and 0.2 hectares for the construction of a kindergarten (investment obligations - construction of a “box” of a kindergarten) + 0.1 hectares for drilling a well to provide water to a residential complex and a kindergarten.
Project cost - 260 thous. USD.
The price includes:
- corporate rights of the manager of the land plot - LLC;
- corporate rights of the housing cooperative - the developer. which works on the basis of the Agreement on joint activities.
In addition, the price includes all work on the preparation of construction:
- Technical conditions were received from Kievoblenergo for the connection of a residential complex (power 310 KW);
- made a temporary connection of the email. energy to ensure the production of construction work at the construction site on the basis of an agreement with Kievoblenergo (power 16 KW);
- Technical conditions were received from Kievoblgaz for gasification of a residential complex;
