PrJSC plant "Nezhinselmash" has developed and produces cage equipment for keeping an industrial herd of laying hens. The produced equipment allows keeping poultry in optimal comfortable conditions, which ensures an increase in poultry productivity, as well as an improvement in the microclimate in the poultry house. The use of the equipment contributes to a significant reduction in costs for maintenance and maintenance of poultry. Cell batteries are manufactured in three, four and five tier designs. To obtain the maximum number of poultry places, depending on the size of the room, cage batteries of various tiers and two versions of the width of the battery can be installed in it. The set includes: - external bunker for storing dry feed with a receiver under the line loading; - loading line of mobile battery feeders; - multi-tier cage batteries; - feed distribution system operating in manual and automatic modes; - drinking system; - egg collection system; - litter cleaning system; - electrical equipment; - microclimate system. The capacity of poultry houses with combined batteries for three, four, five, six tiers is determined by an individual project.
