Our company is dedicated to enhancing the quality of components and cast parts. We achieve this through the use of our innovative testing machine designed specifically for foundries, along with our range of services for assessing both strength and melt properties. This cutting-edge testing machine, known as Twist-Control, utilizes a newly developed testing method which allows for quick and cost-effective measurements of mechanical properties in test specimens directly from the casting melt. By conducting these tests prior to the actual casting process, we are able to draw conclusions about the quality of the melt and verify the mechanical strength properties of the castings. This enables us to make precise adjustments, such as implementing melt treatments, to improve the quality of the casting and minimize scrap parts.
