With our groundbreaking lab-on-a-chip technology, we enable our customers to accurately quantify bacterial pathogens like Legionella within a remarkable turnaround time of less than 2 hours. Our automated rqmicro kits, in conjunction with the rqmicro CellStream instrument, provide the optimal means of preparing complex samples derived from the water and food sectors. This is achieved through our employment of immunomagnetic separation and microfluidics, ultimately resulting in 10-40 times higher sensitivity compared to traditional cultivation methods.

Our method boasts impressive benefits, such as a recovery rate exceeding 80% and a sample purity exceeding 95%. Moreover, our technique is capable of detecting viable but non-culturable cells, as well as reliably distinguishing between viable and deceased cells. Importantly, our process maintains the integrity of the cells, allowing for downstream analysis via flow cytometry, cultivation on agar plates, or PCR.

Presently, we are pleased to offer our customers the Legionella pneumophila SG1, Legionella pneumophila SG1-15, and SG1-14 kits. As part of our ongoing commitment to innovative development, we are currently in the process of creating new kits for the detection of various other pathogens, including Legionella spp., Giardia spp. and Cryptosporidum spp., Salmonella, and Pseudomonas.
