We are a medium-sized company based near Munich, specializing in the production of threaded sleeves for DW15, DW20, and DW26.5 tie rods. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, our products have gained popularity across Germany and Europe for their quick and uncomplicated installation.

One of the key features that sets our DW sleeves apart is the use of a rolling process to shape the threads. This technique ensures the creation of completely circumferential and precisely shaped threads, allowing for flawless machining of various materials such as aluminium, steel, and stainless steel.

To ensure prompt and tailored solutions, all our production processes are done in-house. This allows us to directly implement customer requests, including the ability to adapt the length of the threaded sleeves as required.

Moreover, our threaded sleeves are designed with rolled internal and external threads. This design ensures that the tensile loads acting on the thread are directed optimally into the concrete body, providing enhanced strength and durability.
