Our company specializes in the production of wooden cable transport rollers and provides automation solutions for the wood packaging industry. In 2002, we introduced new wiring technology that greatly attracted manufacturers in the sector. As a result, our wooden cable transport rollers have replaced traditional methods due to their technical superiority.

Located in the province of Pazardjik, Bulgaria, our 30,000 m2 facility is leased and serves the wooden cable sector. Additionally, our facility is used for the production of first-class door panels and supplies, which are exported to European Union countries and Turkey, resulting in significant gains.

In 2014, we expanded our services to Kayseri, Turkey, where we continue to serve the wooden packaging sector. In addition, our research and development department focuses on projects related to formwork and steel wire rope transport rollers. Through our R&D efforts, we have developed a spool segment for shipping wooden rollers internationally at advantageous prices. This innovation allows for a carrying capacity ranging from 150 kg to 1250 kg, while also minimizing tare weight and deformation.

Furthermore, our R&D team has successfully implemented projects involving birch products from the northern region of Siberia, Russia. Our own projects, including the use of High Frequency Generators, have resulted in the manufacturing of formwork with a size range of 500 mm to 1300 mm. These products offer a low-cost solution with high carrying capacity. Additionally, we have collaborated with cable and steel rope manufacturers in devising transport rollers with reduced tare weight and improved strength, resulting in a 300% decrease in tare weight and 200% decrease in tree and th.
