Established in 2014, Golden Compound is a leading company in the injection moulding and extrusion industry. Our expertise lies in developing and manufacturing innovative products, including home-compostable coffee pods and plant pots that biodegrade in soil. We are also known for our unique ability to compound biocomposites using sunflower seed shells.

One of our key products, GC pro, is a blend of sunflower seed shells and standard polyolefins that enhances the eco-friendliness of materials while reducing the reliance on traditional plastics. Importantly, the material remains 100% recyclable. Additionally, we offer GC green, a range of biodegradable bioplastics used in our granules, coffee pods, and plant pots. Our commitment to sustainability is verified by the OK Compost Home and OK Biodegradable Soil certificates issued by TÜV Austria, which validate the biodegradability of many of our compounds and products.
