FloorGuard Matting Manufacturing, a subsidiary of RISMAT® Group, was established in Shanghai in 2011. We are proud to be part of the matting industry, offering high-quality products to various sectors. With our state-of-the-art factory, we operate with a lean workforce of 40 dedicated employees. Despite our small team, we have an impressive annual production capacity of over $30 million USD.

Covering an area of 69,000 sq. ft., our factory is equipped with advanced facilities and divisions, including tufting, prepping, manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, and office and quality control spaces for our support staff. We manufacture a wide range of matting products, including cotton, nylon, polypropylene, polyester, and rubber mats.

We understand the impact that foot traffic can have on floors. Up to 80% of dirt in commercial and residential buildings is brought in by pedestrians, which can cause damage to the surface. Floors bear the brunt of this abuse, with even 1,500 people being able to remove 42% of a floor's finish. Additionally, 95% of carpet appearance problems are due to soil and traffic patterns.
