Dualinvest is an independent manufacturer specializing in the production of high temperature thermal insulation materials. With expertise in the refractory industry for over 30 years, Dualinvest offers a comprehensive range of ceramic and bio fiber-based products. These materials are specifically engineered to provide exceptional insulation for industrial furnaces, kilns, ladles, and other refractory furnace equipment, including die casting support materials.

At Dualinvest, we pride ourselves on delivering tailor-made solutions to address the unique challenges presented by high temperature insulation. Our products, such as DUALVAC and DUALBLOCK, are available in various forms and qualities, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of our customers. DUALVAC, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1750˚C, can be manufactured in both flexible and rigid wall designs, using source materials like aluminum silicate, alkaline earth, and Mullit fibers. On the other hand, DUALBLOCK, suitable for temperatures up to 1100, 1260, and 1300˚C, is designed for high flow speeds and can be assembled from edge cut mats, fixed to the metal surface of furnaces using adhesives. It is available in alkaline earth ceramic fibers.

In addition, Dualinvest offers the capability to mold 3D ceramic fiber shapes using our in-house vacuum forming machines. This process is ideal for producing higher volume parts that require precise shaping, minimizing the need for additional machining. Our tool room can design and fabricate molds, enabling us to customize different batches to meet specific requirements such as temperature rating, density, and hardness.
