Our product description focuses on SCADA and HMI with a touch screen system, which is widely used in the industry. The product itself includes various features such as PTFE food grade Teflon scrapers, a pneumatic valve pneumatic system, and a cheese vacuum cooker machine with a double jacket, vacuum, and pressure atmospheric system.

The cooker machine has a compact design and its capacity depends on the type of product being cooked. Additionally, it is equipped with an electro-pneumatic opening and closing system for convenience.

To ensure high homogenization, the machine is equipped with steam injection valves. It also includes a filtration system with a mechanical filter to eliminate any unwanted residues.

Furthermore, the product features a sterilized air pressure transferring system and a buffer double jacket storage tank that is designed to maintain, preserve, and transfer the product to the filling machine.

For filling purposes, the product includes a rotary filling, sealing, and capping machine with integrated UV light sterilization.

The overall system is complemented by a servo conveyor system to facilitate smooth transportation.

To meet specific needs, the product is available with certifications such as UL, CE, GMP, FDA, ASME. Additionally, relevant documentation such as installation qualification (I.Q), operational qualification (O.Q), and performance qualification (P.Q) are available upon request.
