NIVEX P+P Ltd. is a privately owned company that specializes in the manufacturing of custom-made injection moulded technical rubber parts and injection moulds. With over 30 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a leading player in the industry.

Our extensive product range includes seals, lip seals, O-rings, grommets, cable bushings, boots, bellows, shock absorber rubber parts, membranes, closing covers, rubber-metal bonded parts, and other moulded rubber parts. These products cater to various industrial applications, including automotive, industrial machinery, construction, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

To ensure the highest quality products, we have an in-house toolshop equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, capable of producing the necessary production moulds. Our machine fleet consists of modern injection moulding machines with different clamping forces, as well as pre-production and finishing machines necessary for efficient production. Additionally, we utilize a cryogenic deburring machine to ensure precision and quality finishes.

When it comes to raw materials, we are committed to meeting customer requirements. We can process any type of rubber compound, including NR, SBR, EPDM, CR, NBR, AEM, ACM, VMQ, and FKM, according to customer specifications. We source our raw materials from reliable and certified Hungarian and European suppliers, ensuring the highest quality standards.
