Istanbul Döküm is a leading company in the casting industry, specializing in the production of various types of castings. With our flexible production methods, we are able to produce cast iron, nodular iron, steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, and bronze using the sand moulding system, all within our single foundry.

What sets us apart from other foundries in Turkey and Europe is our capability to supply complex castings to our customers. Our state-of-the-art facilities allow us to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Not only do we provide competitive prices, but our quality standards also meet European levels.

Equipped with induction furnaces, our total liquid metal capacity is 6.5 tons, and our annual production capacity is 2500 tons. To ensure the highest quality, all of our castings undergo a rigorous 3D simulation stage to detect and prevent any errors or defects.

At Istanbul Döküm, we are committed to providing comprehensive support for our customers' designs and projects. From modelling to moulding, from casting to grinding, and from machining to final inspection, we are with you every step of the way.

We fulfill pattern demands by utilizing our in-house pattern shop or collaborating with trusted pattern manufacturers we have worked with for years. Furthermore, depending on customer requirements, both pre-machining and final machining can be done in our own machining shop or with long-standing partner companies.

Quality control is an essential part of our manufacturing process. In our laboratory, we conduct chemical analysis, mechanical yield tests, tensile tests, elongation tests, and hardness tests as required. We also offer UT (Ultrasonic Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing), and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) services.

Our castings find their applications in various industries, including pumps and components, valves, general machinery, the marine industry, turbines, the hydraulic and petrochemical industry, as well as the iron and steel industry.
