HFP Bandstahl, located in Bad Salzungen, is a company with a rich history in the metal industry, spanning over 150 years. Specializing in cold rolling, we have accumulated over 100 years of experience in this field. As our largest location, we employ a skilled workforce of over 250 employees.

At HFP Bandstahl, we produce cold-rolled steel strips in accordance with EN 10139 10140, meeting market standard grades. These strips can be rolled to any strength class, with thicknesses ranging from 0.20 to 2.50 mm and widths from 4 to 525 mm. We also offer cold-rolled case-hardening steel, heat-treated steel, and spring steel conforming to EN 10132 T1-4 10140, available in market standard grades and strength classes G or G + K. These products come in thicknesses from 0.20 to 1.80 mm and widths from 10 to 370 mm.

We take pride in delivering high-quality products with various surface finish options. Our steel strips can have a normal bright annealed finish, or they can be customized with roughened or polished surfaces. Additionally, we ensure that our products are crack-free, non-porous, and can be supplied as level-wound coils, stretched ultra-flat, or degreased to meet specific requirements.
