HESTEGO a.s. is a leading Czech engineering company that specializes in sheet metal processing. Our company is divided into three manufacturing divisions, each dedicated to specific products and industries.

The first division, Telescopic Covers, focuses on the development and production of high-quality telescopic covers, cable carriers, and guide surface wipers. These products are essential for various industries that require reliable protection and smooth operation.

The second division, Machine Covers, is engaged in the development and production of external machine covers. These covers are designed to safeguard machines and equipment from environmental elements and ensure their efficient performance.

Our third division, Bellow Covers, specializes in the development and production of various types of bellows, including elastic folded bellows, bellows with plates, laminated and folded bellows, and special bellows. These bellows are widely used in industries such as manufacturing, automation, and transport to provide flexible protection and enhance the lifespan of equipment.

In addition to these divisions, we have a Custom Manufacturing division that caters to specific industries such as electrotechnical, power engineering, entertainment, waste management, and healthcare. We provide custom solutions and products tailored to the unique requirements of these industries. For example, we offer contactless dispensers for liquid disinfection in healthcare settings and betting gaming kiosks machines for the entertainment industry.

To ensure the highest quality standards, we have obtained various certifications, including EN ISO 3834-2 : 2006, EN ISO 14001 : 2015, EN ISO 9001 : 2015, and CSN EN 15085-2 CL2 - Welding of Railway Vehicles and Components.

Furthermore, we have a state-of-the-art powder painting line that enables us to modify powder application technology for larger volumes of painted materials. With fully automatic coating options using 12 guns or the latest rotary bell technology, we can provide impeccable finishes on parts with dimensions of up to 3,000 x 700 x 1,700 mm (length x width x height).
