The TSP semi-automatic capper is designed specifically for the glass bottle industry. It is capable of applying aluminum or plastic screw caps to glass bottles with ease. Constructed with stainless steel, this machine is durable and long-lasting. The capper features a pneumatic bottle lifting system, making it efficient and user-friendly.

To operate the machine, caps are manually placed on the bottle, and the operation cycle is activated using 2 buttons located on the side of the machine. For safety purposes, the machine operates electrically with a contactor and is equipped with CE-compliant safety guards.

Once the cap is threaded and sealed, the platen automatically descends, allowing for the easy removal of the capped bottle and the replacement of another bottle to be closed. The capping head consists of 4 stainless steel rollers and includes a No-Cap No-Roll safety device, ensuring compatibility with various types of closures, including Stelvin 30x60 caps.

The TSP capper is suitable for standard bottle sizes ranging from 25cl to 150cl. Additionally, a magnetic friction head is available for pre-threaded plastic caps or twist-off caps, adding versatility to the machine.
