Introducing our Isobaric Filler, specifically designed for the beer and carbonated product industry. This advanced machine is equipped with 5 filling valves and a bottle selection and transfer system that utilizes large-diameter stars.

The filling valves are crafted from durable stainless steel and feature heat-sanitizable gaskets for optimal cleanliness. The filling process is fully automatic, with a sequence that includes initial valve opening for counter-pressure, full opening for bottle filling, and decompression (degassing).

To ensure efficient operation, the machine is controlled by an electronic controller (PLC) that regulates the different phases and processing times. These settings can be easily adjusted through the user-friendly touch-screen operator panel.

Our Isobaric Filler also comes with an automatic capper, specifically designed for pry-off crown caps with a diameter of 26mm. The cap distribution process is automated and utilizes a stainless steel hopper.

Safety is a top priority for us, which is why the machine features a central 10-compartment star and bottle guide made of high-density polyethylene, accompanied by a safety microswitch. The base of the machine is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity.
