The Uni Condens 8000 F stainless steel condensing boiler is a highly efficient heating solution designed for applications in the range of 50 to 115 kW. This boiler is versatile, capable of running on either gas or low-sulphur heating oil. Its compact size and lightweight design make it easy to install, requiring minimal space.

One of the standout features of the Uni Condens is its intelligent water flow system, which utilizes separate return connections to create optimal conditions for condensation and achieve high standard utilization ratios. When operating on oil, this boiler can achieve a standard utilization ratio of up to 104%, and when running on gas, it can even reach up to 110%.

To maximize the condensation potential, the Uni Condens is equipped with an efficient condensate heat recovery surface that incorporates specially profiled tubes. This ensures that the boiler can extract the maximum amount of energy from the condensation process. Additionally, the construction of the burnout combustion chamber enables clean combustion and reduces emissions.

The inclusion of two return flow sockets in the Uni Condens guarantees optimal separation between high-temperature and low-temperature heating circuits. This allows for efficient and precise control of the heating system, ensuring that each circuit operates at its optimum temperature.
