The Uni Condens 8000 F stainless steel condensing boiler is specifically designed for heating applications in the range of 50 to 115 kW. It is a versatile boiler that can be used with either gas or low-sulphur heating oil. The compact size and lightweight design make installation hassle-free and convenient.

One of the standout features of the Uni Condens is its intelligent water flow system, which utilizes separate return connections. This system creates optimal conditions for condensation, resulting in high standard utilization ratios. When using oil as fuel, the Uni Condens achieves an impressive standard utilization ratio of up to 104%. When operating with gas, this ratio can even reach up to 110%.

The Uni Condens boasts an effective condensate heat recovery surface with specially profiled tubes, ensuring maximum utilization of the condensation potential. Additionally, its construction includes a burnout combustion chamber, which promotes clean combustion and reduces emissions. To optimize performance, the boiler is equipped with two return flow sockets that allow for optimal separation into high-temperature and low-temperature heating circuits.
