Introducing the MPS4SENS 3C-2 narrow band IR filters by Micro-Hybrid. These filters are designed to enhance the measurement of carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), and carbon compounds in various industries. The filters have specific wavelength ranges for each gas, offering accurate readings. The carbon monoxide filter has a central wavelength (CWL) of 4650 ± 40 nm and a half bandwidth (HBW) of 180 ± 20 nm. The carbon dioxide filter has a CWL of 4415 ± 30 nm and an HBW of 60 ± 10 nm. Lastly, the carbon compounds filter has a CWL of 3400 ± 20 nm and an HBW of 140 ± 20 nm. Additionally, the filters include a reference channel with a CWL of 3910 ± 28 nm and an HBW of 70 ± 10 nm.

These filters are suitable for a wide range of applications in the aerospace, medical, industry, and environmental technology sectors. They can be utilized under ambient temperature conditions ranging from -20 to 85 °C.

Micro-Hybrid is the sole developer and manufacturer of 4-channel pyroelectric detectors with a thin film membrane made of ceramic pyroelectric material in a TO39 package. This advanced material provides the detectors with exceptional detectivity, reaching up to 4.0*10^8 cm√Hzu002FW, and high sensitivity, with values up to 200000 Vu002FW.

The unique design of Micro-Hybrid's detectors allows for high read-out rates of up to 100 Hz, as well as short response times, ensuring reliable measurement results in NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared) gas analysis.
