Dried cultivated mushrooms are the dehydrated form of fresh mushrooms that are specifically grown. Through the drying process, approximately 10-15 kg of fresh oyster mushrooms result in 1 kg of dried cultivated mushrooms. This drying method reduces the water content in the product, while retaining the core of the mushroom, which enhances the nutritional values, particularly the levels of vitamins and proteins.
