Texel is a company at the forefront of the 3D scanning research industry. With a focus on applying deep machine learning algorithms and developing software for processing 3D copies, Texel offers innovative solutions for professional scanning. The company's flagship product, the Texel Portal scanner, swiftly creates digital copies of individuals, while its proprietary software, Texel Cloud, enables the creation of real-time 3D models.

Backed by a strong scientific foundation, Texel's solutions have a range of practical applications. The Portal scanner, equipped with high-tech algorithms, allows for figure analysis and evaluation. This data can be used for various purposes, such as clothing selection, fitness progress tracking, and realistic animation. Furthermore, Texel's accurate 3D models have broad uses, including the creation of viral content, 3D souvenirs, computer games, and virtual and augmented reality systems.

Texel's history dates back to 2007 when the company embarked on a scientific project to reconstruct image-based 3D models of the human body for virtual reality systems. In 2014, Texel was founded by Sergey Klimentyev, Maxim Fedyukov, and Andrey Poskonin, who combined their ideas and expertise to develop the first fast and accurate scanner for creating digital 3D models of people and large objects in Russia.

Texel Portal scanners are successfully deployed in 15 countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the USA, and Australia, generating a new image every 20 seconds in the Texel Cloud. As a company committed to continuous improvement, Texel remains dedicated to perfecting its machine learning algorithms to enable the creation of precise 3D models using consistent and affordable equipment.
