RHEIN-PLAST is a company that specializes in the production of high-quality bags and sacks made from polyethylene (PE) films. Established in 1959 by Karl Eisemann, RHEIN-PLAST was initially inspired by the exciting developments in the field of polyethylene plastic at the nearby BASF site. Karl Eisemann installed machinery for manufacturing film bags at his forge and founded the company. However, tragically, Karl Eisemann passed away in 1966, leaving the company in the hands of his three sons.

Hermann and Hans-Georg Eisemann joined the company shortly after their father's passing, with Norbert, the third son, following suit in 1966. Together, they collectively took on the shares in the company and assumed leadership. As the business grew rapidly, the site became insufficient, leading the company to relocate to a newly constructed premises near Bad Dürkheim in south-western Germany in 1969. Since then, the headquarters of RHEIN-PLAST have remained at this location, still under the ownership and management of the Eisemann family.

RHEIN-PLAST boasts state-of-the-art in-house cast film extrusion, printing, and manufacturing facilities. These facilities enable the company to produce tailor-made bags and sacks made from PE films that meet diverse customer requirements. The company serves customers worldwide, offering a wide range of customized solutions. With a commitment to quality and innovation, RHEIN-PLAST continues to thrive in the industry, maintaining its position as a trusted provider of high-quality PE products.
