Patrimoniam is a producer of organic, nitrite-free French heritage charcuterie, primarily made from local meats. We start with a masterpiece in peril from our Lyonnaise heritage: the authentic Lyon sausage.

We are dedicated to professionals and consumers who, like us, crave real, flavorful products that respect nature.

Patrimoniam follows a strict quality approach to offer products made with the utmost care, using ancient traditional recipes.

To share excellence with you, the finest cuts of pork and beef are rigorously selected and sorted. Seasonings are the result of unique preparations and blends made entirely by hand.

Our manufacturing laboratory holds sanitary approval issued by the DDPP of Rhône, in accordance with current laws.
