Established in 1998, Mebel Logistics is a Polish company located in Obra. We specialize in providing metalworking services for renowned European furniture companies, with whom we have established long-standing partnerships for over 20 years. Our Manufacturing Department is known for its exceptional quality, achieved through extensive experience and advanced machinery.

Our range of services includes:

1. Metalworking: We offer a variety of metalworking processes, including water jet cutting of metals, plastics, wood, plywood, glass, and ceramics. We also provide cutting services utilizing tape and disc cutting machines, with a cutting angle range of up to 50°. Additionally, we specialize in turning materials up to a length of 1500mm and milling on CNC machining centers with machining ranges of 600x400x400mm, as well as vertical and horizontal milling machines.

2. Radio erosion processing: Our expertise extends to cutting by electrodes in the range of 320x270x350mm, with an angle range of + -5°. We can handle workpieces weighing up to 180kg.

3. Grinding: Our team is proficient in surface treatment by grinding pipes in the diameter range of ø10 to ø100mm, as well as grinding surfaces up to 1000mm in width. We also offer surface polishing for galvanic coatings such as chrome, nickel, and copper.

4. Plastic processing: We excel in metal processing on various types of presses, including 160T, 40T, and 10T eccentric presses, as well as 40T hydraulic presses. Additionally, we provide bending services on a press brake with a pressure of 100T for materials with lengths up to 2500mm, and on a three-roll bending machine.

5. Heat Treatment: Our facility offers hardening and tempering services for products sized up to 350x140x100mm.

6. Powder coating: We specialize in the application of thermosetting coatings in the form of powder paints. Our oven has a loading capacity of 3900x1180x180.
